Scissor Sisters will be spending time in the studio with Lady GaGa soon to work on a new song together. The band’s frontman, Jake Shears, recently asked the Telephone singer if she would collaborate with the group – after they met at Sir Elton John’s White Tie and Tiara Ball in June. GaGa has agreed to a duet reports the Mail on Sunday, with a source telling the newspaper: “Jake has performed with huge stars like Kylie. He is desperate for the union with Lady Gaga to go ahead. “He was concerned Lady GaGa might decide against it but he has been reassured that the collaboration will happen in some way, shape or form.” |

Lady Gaga has claimed that her ‘Ultimate Goal’ is to have her own exhibition at The Louvre in Paris. Speaking to boring old mans mag Q (hopefully she kept her top on this time), she said: “My ultimate goal, besides making music for ever and touring the world over and over and becoming the greatest pop performance art show on the planet? I want a Lady GaGa exhibit at the Louvre.” GaGa went on to make the outrageous claim that she is a piece of living art, something which hasn’t been said since ooh, the last five million broadsheet comment pieces on her rise to fame. “It’s like walking art. That’s how I am in my life. I don’t think everyone should be that way. But I think there’s something you can take from that philosophy. Inspire your own lifestyle.” |

With an entrance into Vancouver’s Rogers Arena as impressive as her lightning fast rocket into super stardom, Lady Gaga did not disappoint the 20,000 fans waiting for their queen to deliver them into pop heaven. On an elaborate stage oozing with equal parts of Mad Max and Rocky Horror Picture Show, the 24-year-old gyrated her way down a metal staircase in a skintight leopard print bodysuit and stiletto leather boots to “Dance in the Dark.” Did I mention this was after throwing off her purple padded jacket embellished with no less than three giant sequined crosses? Indeed, the New York artist previously known as Stephani Germanotta has come a long way since opening for the Backstreet Boys in Vancouver just two short years ago. Then 22, Gaga had just released her first album and did a quick half hour set before the aging boy band hit the stage. Now on top of the world with her Fame Monster album, which has seen “Bad Romance” hit top spot on charts worldwide, the Monster Ball tour took the City of Glass by storm Monday night with a sold out show and another one promised Tuesday night. |

Celeb tattoo artist Kat Von D, who may or may not be dating Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband Jesse James, recalled tattooing Lady Gaga before the singer shot to fame. During her Lopez Tonight appearance, Kat, who now stars in the new season of her LA Ink series, said that Gaga had recently moved to LA and went to Von D to get a rose tattoo. Gaga getting a popular, run-of-the-mill rose tattoo? Who’d have thunk it? “I was tattooing this rose on her hip. I’m like, ‘Why did you move out here?’ She said, ‘I moved out here to make it big’,” Von D remembered. “I was like, ‘Yeah, you and everyone else’ or whatever, and she’s like, ‘No, no! I’m here to make it big!’ The next thing you know, a week later, her face is everywhere and I’m like, ‘Dude, she did it! That’s awesome!’” Von D revealed more info about the Gaga tatt, saying,: “She just wanted simple black and grey… She was wearing this crazy wig and blue shiny pants. I was like, ‘I like you! You’re like a cartoon character!’” |

Lady GaGa has posted a picture of herself sleeping in a recording studio. The singer updated fans on the progress of her new album via her Twitter page, admitting that she did not leave the studio last night. She wrote: “Haven’t left the studio. Each song I write, I feel closer to you. Miss you little monsters, little inspirations. X” GaGa then posted a picture of herself wrapped in a duvet in full make-up. The ‘Poker Face’ star recently admitted that she was unaware she had won two Teen Choice awards because she was busy in the studio. |

LADY GAGA has moved into a sprawling $5 million (£3.3 million) mansion in Hollywood. The Paparazzi singer, who once boasted of her love for hotel rooms and insisted she’d never settle down, has found the perfect home base in Los Angeles – complete with a suspended pool. The six-bedroom home sits in the Hollywood Hills but estate agent Chad Rogers is refusing to be more specific about the address for fear swarms of Gaga fans will show up unannounced. But he tells In Touch magazine it’s the perfect home for the eccentric pop star: “It’s a very interesting house – it’s a mixture of styles, everything from contemporary to Mediterranean. It’s got a very eclectic vibe.” Source: www.contactmusic.com |

Since Lady Gaga became a creative director at Polaroid Imaging Products the world – or at least the teenage one – has been waiting to see what the pop princess will come up with. Well, that moment is just around the corner with the first Gaga Polaroid camera coming in 2011, or any time from January in human speak. At Polaroid’s xmas in July event, UK MD Graeme Chapman gave Pocket-lint an insight into what to expect, he said: “Obviously, the design’s pretty wacky but it’ll definitely appeal to her fans, and with over 10 million of them on Facebook, we’re pretty sure this will do well.” The, as yet, unnamed Gaga Polaroid will be one of the company’s analogue range in the style of the recently released Polaroid 300 which harks back to the old instant cameras. It won’t produce the much loved 4 x 4 prints the world knows so well, but instead will expose an ink-made 3 x 4 size with the traditional white border, the like of which can also be printed out from any camera using the most recent sized PoGo which will be available this Christmas. No word on pricing as yet for the Gaga Polaroid, but with the Polaroid 300 retailing at £79.99, we’d expect something in the region of £100. Source: www.pocket-lint.com |

Lady GaGa is planning to tie-the-knot say reports. The Bad Romance performer (real name Stefani Germanotta) recently reunited with her boyfriend Luc Carl earlier this summer and now wants to get hitched to her man. “Stefani is determined to make this relationship last the distance and wants to seal the deal by having a ring on her finger by the end of the summer,” a source told Britain’s Heat magazine. Apparently GaGa and Luc are also looking for a place together in New York. Source: omgmusic.com |
